ABOUT US

The birth of Perch Clothing came from a desire to see eras of fashion combine, utilising the best aspects of each generations fashion success, not just hopping onto the latest trend or churning out memes or AI slop.

Perch Clothing isn’t designed with a single super specific target audience in mind. If we had to choose, we're probably most aligned with the streetwear & skate scene, focusing on refined minimalist designs and crisp typography. We aim to make appealing clothes, for individuals who appreciate unique and colourful designs. We know that most people share the same core values deep down. To support this we aim to use organic and sustainably sourced products and materials wherever possible, it's the right thing to do. 

We are currently based in the UK, in the South West, offering nationwide delivery. We partner with and support UK businesses as a priority, this will never change. We don't use AI to create for us, we create all our designs and typography through graphic editing software.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS  (FAQ’s) 

DELIVERY 

All of our products are made to order, especially for the individual who’s bought them. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays, and are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive updates as your order progresses through the production schedule. 

RETURNS 

Usually things go to plan, but we also understand that sometimes they don’t. Please see below for returns information.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed as an error on our part will be refunded.

EXCHANGES 

We do not typically offer exchanges. If the item is still new and unworn then please contact us at perchclothing@yahoo.com if you wish to discuss this. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Upon receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation email. Following this, you will receive another email post production, informing you the goods are shipped. This will also contain delivery information such as tracking number etc. If you are unsure about anything then please get in touch with us on the email address listed above.
